Spawn Italian: The Secrets and Mysteries Behind the Creation of the Series

Our grain spawn is grown on 100% certified organic rye berries. It arrives contaminate free, fully developed, and ready to use. Grain spawn is used to inoculate many bags of bulk substrate quickly, and is the choice methodology for medium and large scale growers. Simply break up the grain spawn well, then transfer some grains to each bag you want to inoculate.

Our grain spawn is USDA certified organic and made using organic cultures from our own culture bank. It contains a blend of locally sourced, organic, and non-GMO ingredients from farms in New England and North America.

All our spawn is made using organic cultures from our own culture bank. Our sawdust spawn is handmade from a blend of locally sourced, all-natural, organic, and non-GMO woods and supplements from farms and forests in New England and North America.

For 100 grams (4 ounces) of spawn you will need 5kg (13 lbs) of fresh horse manure (max 30 days old). Indoors, mix 20% clean straw to the manure which previously had been left in a wet heap for two weeks. This will help it break down better. Wet the compost well and form a mound. After a few hours the temperature will increase.

Take some good quality, clean straw, chopped into 2-3cm pieces and wet for 3 days, mixing it regularly. Let excess water drain out ) When the straw does not drip unless squeezed, take four 5 litre plastic bags and mix the wet straw with the spawn. Place a clean sponge in the neck of the bag and secure with a rubber band so the mixture can breathe. Keep the bags at 80-85 degrees for 30-40 days until the straw is covered with a white, sweet smelling mould.

Incubation & inoculation: Use a clean corner of a cool, little used, dark cellar/shed. Spread clean cardboard on the ground, wet and sprinkle it with crumbled spawn (don't trample ordirty the spawn). Drill some holes in the logs. Arrange a first layer of logs, crumblemore spawn, place more logs, etc, until a maximum of 5 layers is reached. On the lastlayer , sprinkle the remaining spawn and cover with cardboard. Cover the heap wellwith washed sacks or waste textiles, wet & cover the heap with a sheet of plastic without sealing. You'll begin to see the spawn developing in about 2 weeks. At the end of the incubation (2-3 months), the logs will be covered with a white, pleasant smelling mould which often spreads to the sacks (which will also produce mushrooms). Incubation temperature must be between 70-85F. Remove the plastic briefly, as things will get too hot. Bury the logs to of their diameter in the shade and protected from wind, and keepdamp.

When the straw does not drip unless squeezed, take four 5 litre plastic bags and mix the wet straw with the spawn. Place a clean sponge in the neck of the bag and secure with an elastic bag so the mixture can breath. Keep the bags at 70-85F for 30-40 days until the straw is covered with a white, sweet smelling mould.

Any one of our strains in Mycelium grain spawn. Spawn is made with extreme care and precautions in our sterile laboratories, all cultures are very well performing commercially viable strains that have went through rigorous in house cultivation and testing.

Meanwhile, the market contains large concentrations of players because the area is nearly between the route of the house (where the hostages and the Terrorist spawn zone are located) and the only hostage rescue zone (also found in the Counter-Terrorist spawn zone). Both the house and the rescue zone can easily be camped by the terrorists while the Counter-Terrorists can also be prepared and equipped with their favorable weapons and predict where the Terrorists will run and hide.

Sometimes, players take the middle pathways to get around the map due to its easily accessed entryways and it is located in the center of Italy. Campers are not common in these areas although a sniper may be located above the bridge that connects with the entrance to the apartment building and the Terrorist spawn zone.

Finally, as seen in the gallery, the bridge in the Terrorist spawn that is above the entrance/exit of the wine cellar can have enemies camping from the top. Experienced players will know that if a player is shooting at some enemies below, those assailants may decide to go up with the outside stairs and attempt to infiltrate the house. As a result, players from above will throw grenades and shoot around the staircase.

Combat in the lone hostage rescue zone (where the CT spawn zone is also located) will only occur near the end of the round (if a few terrorists have survived). There are two pathways that players must be aware of to either guard the zone or to infiltrate through the map. One path leads to the far side and the middle while the other heads towards the apartments and the market. Snipers can be present in this area and can hold off enemies from a far distance. However, if both passageways contain approaching enemies, then escape is nearly impossible, unless you have enough firepower and team members.

Next, mix the substrate and mushroom spawn in a container of some sort (large plastic box, barrel, whatever you have to hand) then load the substrate into your growing vessels and close the top with a rubber band, paperclip, tape or tie of some kind.

Attackers spawn in the Art Museum at the start of the map. Outside of spawn, there are three walkways, two of which are thin bridges and one which is a larger bridge in which the payload moves along. In front of the bridge are three high grounds, one extending along the payload track. After this is a large open area where the payload reaches the next checkpoint. Around the Courtyard are paths that lead along the river for flanking. Attackers spawn in a building adjacent to the courtyard after reaching the checkpoint.

The next checkpoint is a large arched bridge leading over to a two-storey building. Along the left side of the payload, track is a high ground which the building connects to, arching over the payload track. Outside the building on the other side is an open area with an open wall that lines the payload track. The payload curves around and stops in front of another archway. Defenders spawn in the two-story building at the first checkpoint. Attackers spawn after the first archway for the second checkpoint.

The Final stretch is an uphill push that curves into a large open building. This area has two key flanks, one through a building on the right leading to the corner and another on the left leading to a wide building or to the payload track. The payload must be moved into the large building to win. Defenders spawn here on the second and third checkpoints, with the second spawning underground closer to the track and the third spawning in the back of the large building.

On the map are Gondolas, which are moving platforms across the waterway. A selection of boats and gondolas move across the water, and the Omnic Gondoliers can be destroyed when attacked. The boats will start near the attacker's spawn and will loop around near the bridge after the first point.

Fisheries in Norway and Germany have already disappeared, but the collapse of the Mediterranean stock, scientists say, would devastate the species. The salty, warm waters of the Mediterranean are one of only two places in the world where the Atlantic bluefin spawn.

Life HistoryCommon snook are moderately long-lived and fast-growing fishes. Females live about 21 years and can grow to lengths of 48 inches. Males live about 15 years and can reach 39 inches. Females attain legal minimum size (current snook regulations) in about four years, whereas males require five to six years to reach that size. Fifty percent of male snook reach maturity at about 18 inches total length and about two years of age, whereas 50 percent of females are mature at about 30 inches total length and five years of age. There are no physical differences between male and female snook, so anglers cannot tell the difference between the sexes. In fact, snook are protandric hermaphrodites: meaning the males reverse sex and change into females. This reversal occurs during the fall after the spawning season, sometimes in a short span of ninety days. Microscopic observations of specimens from the Atlantic and gulf coast indicate that the age of individuals at the time of reversal is between one and seven years. Biologists have documented this phenomenon by placing and holding "ripe and flowing" male snook in a pond during the summer and then during the fall, finding some females in the group.

Spawning occurs in Florida from April or May through September or October, depending on annual variations in climate and temperature. Actual release of gametes occurs during the late afternoon and early evening hours on all tides and during all lunar phases. Individual females may spawn every two days and release about one and a quarter million eggs per episode. The mouths of coastal rivers and major inlets to the ocean and Gulf of Mexico have been identified as spawning locations. Some of these sites include Jupiter and Lake Worth inlets on the Atlantic coast and John's Pass and Clearwater Pass on the gulf coast. It has been shown that snook also spawn inside Tampa Bay near the mouth of Terra Ceia and Miguel bays and around the Port Manatee spoil island. Schools of reproductively active snook may contain as many as four or five hundred individuals that return to the same location each year to spawn.

Small immature snook are found in a variety of habitats that range from quiet, mangrove-lined swamps and bayous to freshwater rivers and creeks. Characteristics common to these areas include good water quality, moderate to slightly sloped banks, minimum currents, overhanging vegetation that provides the shade that facilitates capture of prey, and some type of structure, either mangroves, rocks, or pillings, that provides cover. These young-of-the-year snook remain in this habitat until they are about ten to fourteen inches long, at which time they begin to sexually mature and migrate toward the higher-salinity areas of the lower estuary. After they become members of the spawning stocks, they utilize most areas of the estuary over the course of a year. 2ff7e9595c
